Bosun (formerly Blacky, to FOHA volunteers) was being transported home from dog day care, and got loose from the transport van. This occurred on Thursday, November 12th, around 6:30pm, near Abingdon Elementary School in Arlington.
Bosun looks like a black lab, but is smaller than a purebred. He is very friendly, but a tad shy with new people. Right now, he is surely scared.

About Bosun
Bosun is a 3-4 year old male black lab mix of medium size (54 lbs), with short legs, a stocky body, and a long tail. He is microchipped. He is a sweet and gentle dog who is timid at first, but warms up quickly if you are calm and don't chase him. When he disappeared, he was wearing a braided color and ID tag (as seen in the photo at the top of the page)

The dog in the picture on the flier does not look like Bosun. Is it Bosun?
